      光纤声传感器种类很多,但大多着眼于水声,作水听器用。现在本文提出一种可用于空气声检测的悬臂梁式光纤声传感器。本文给出了该种传感器的实验装置,谐振频率,灵敏度的计算,同时给出了它们的实验值。用这种传感器在实验室内可测到最低声正为1×10-4Pa(100Hz时)。

      Various fiber-optic acoustic sensors are constantly emerging recently,but most of them are aimed at application in hydroacoustic and used for hydrophone. this report presents a fiberoptic acoustic sensor with boundary condition of the fiber clamped-free, This sensor may be used for the air-borne sound inspecting. The design of this sensor and the formulas for sensitivity calculation are presented. The results calculated by formulas suggested by this paper and got from the experiment. are comparable with each other in quality. With this designed sensor, the measurable miniumn acoustic pressure is low to 1×10-4pa. (in 100 Hz) in laboratory.
