中文摘要:
      本文对厚度振动图片换能器的导纳、传递函数和脉冲响应进行了研究。利用换能器等效电路、基尔霍夫定律和傅里叶变换给出了导纳、传递函数和脉冲响应的表达式。通过在HP-1000微机上进行大量的计算,得到了ZNL-2压电陶瓷圆片换能器在不同匹配层和背衬层材料的导纳,传递函数和脉冲响应,得出了匹配材料声阻抗分别为4,6(106kg/m2·s)和背衬材料声阻抗分别为7.5,15.5(106kg/m2·s)左右比较理想,然后用HP阻抗分析仪、X-Y3033记录仪和脉冲响应测试仪分别测出几个换能器的导纳和脉冲响应,从实验结果可知:理论和实验结果基本符合。所得结果可供工厂生产时参考。

      In this paper, we study the impulse response of thickness vibration of disc transducer.using mechanoelectronic equivalent circuit, Kirchoff's Iaw and courier's transformation.The formulas of admittance, transfer function and impulse response of thickness vibrating disc are obtained.By taking computation on HP-1000 computer with different backing and matching layers for ZNL-2 piezoelectric ceramic disc, we obtained the admittance transfer function and impulse response at such cases. At the same time, we study the idea, put forward by H.W.Person and C .H.Hertz, that the transducer is of Gaussian shape's transfer function, its impulse response is the best. When the impedance of matching layer is 4, 6(1e+6)kg/m2·s), the backing layer's 7.5,15.5(1e+6)kg/m2·s), and the thickness of matching layer 1.12λ/4, the impulse response is better, and H. W .Person and C .H.Hertz's idea is right.We measured some admittance of thickness vibrating disc transducers ultilizing HP-impedance analyser and 3033 X-Y recorder, so do the impulse response by impulse response measuring apparatus.The experimental result is agree with the theory, these result can be refered to in process of manufacturing in factory.
