      SY-1型体外冲击波碎石机是利用液电效应产生冲击波,半椭球反射器的第一焦点处放电之电极,电极瞬间放电在液体介质中形成冲击波,经半椭球反射器聚焦到第二焦点,置于第二焦点处的结石经过聚焦冲击波的多次轰击后可将结石粉碎,(如图1所示)结石碎粒可自行排出体外。
英文摘要:
      Here we give the report of extra corporeal kidney stone lithotripsy using focusing shock wave in 400 patients from one of the hospitals. The result shows that one-time lithotripsy success rate of model SY-1 is 95.5%(one-time lithotripsy means all the kidney stones can be disintegrated through a single treatment and the fragments can remove automatically). The total success rate is 99%. The kidney stones with diameter less than 2mm can surely be disintegrated through single treatment. Operation voltage ranges between 12.5 to 15by. The average bombarding number for patient is 1872. Patients’ age is between 12 to 68 years old. The process of lithotripsy is safe and convenient.
