      超声检测具有非接触、精确、快速、实时等优点。用超声法分析溶液浓度,在化工等生产中有广泛的应用前景。作者对超声法分析硫酸浓度进行了较细微的可行性试验研究,并将试验结果与比重法作了比较。结果表明,对硫酸大部分的浓度范围,此方法用于生产实际是完全可行的,尤其在高浓度范围,可弥补比重法换算浓度时误差过大之不足。
英文摘要:
      Ultrasonic liquid concentration analyzer has the advantage that: no contact,high accuracy, instant response, no harm to human body and the tested liquid, no moving parts rarely need maintainence, continuosly remotely on line measurement, no pollution etc. It could be widely used in chemistry and other industry regions. We invested the possibility of using sound speed method to measure the concentration of H2SO4 and compared its accuracy with the gravity method. The conclusion is that sound velocity method could be used in most of the concentration range, especially in the high concentration range its accuuracy is much higher than the gravity method.
