      本文对夹心式复合结构压电超声扭转振动换能器进行了系统的理论研究,该换能器由两段金属直圆棒及切向极化的压电陶瓷圆片难复合而成,文中首先研究了切向极化压电陶瓷细长管的扭转振动特性,推出了其机电等效电路,并提出了压电陶瓷细长管截面扭转系数的概念。在此基础上,利用网络理论研究了切向极化压电陶瓷圆片堆的扭转振动,并导出了陶瓷晶堆中等效扭转声速的具体表达式。最后,推出了由两段金属圆棒及陶瓷晶堆组成的复合式扭转振动压电超声换能器的共振频率方程,为此类换能器的设计及计算提供了理论依据。

      In this paper, I studied the composite torsional transducer which consists of the piezoelectric ceramic pile of circular pipes, the front and the back metal cylinders.First the torsional vibration of the tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramic slender pipe is analyzed, the electromechanical equivalent circuit is derived and the concept of the cross sectional torsional coefficient is proposed. Then, based on the equivalent circuit, the torsional vibration of the tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramic pile is studied by means of the network theory and the equivalent torsional soun speed in the pile is obtained. At last the resonance frequency equation of the composite torsional transducer is derived, which can be used to design the torsional transducer for different applications.
