      若干研究表明,分离谱处理方法是增强粗晶材料超声探伤信号的有效手段,但这种处理方法成功与否受诸如滤波器列中滤波器数等信号处理参数的影响,本文通过实验探讨了信号处理方式与参数的选取问题,实验数据取自粗晶奥氏体钢。
英文摘要:
      Split spectrum processing technique has been proved efficient for enhancement of the flaw-to-grain echo ratio in ultrasonic testing,towever,the success of the method is dependent on selection of the signal processing parameters,such as the number of filters in filter bank.In this paper,the choice of the processing approach and the processing parameters is discussed and experimentally verified for ultrasonic signal obtained from austenitic steel.
