      In ultrasonic reflection mode computerized tomography (URCT) horizontal scan has been limited projection data due to incident angle limited. In this paper we have investigated this situation in underwater imaging the filtered-backprojection algorithm is not well suited to CT image reconstruction. We used the iterative reconstruction-reprojection (IRR) algorithm with scan-start point modified and point source approximated to reconstruct. Experimental results show that the method can be reconstructed very well.
