      本文介绍了金属条反射栅双端对声表面波谐振器型的原理和结构特点,给出了一种采用声表面波谐振器稳频的低噪声、高稳定性的振荡器电路设计方案。对影响振荡器频率稳定度的因素进行了分析讨论,并探讨了改善声表面波振荡器频率稳定性的方法。该声表面波谐振器的中心频率为120MHz,无载Qu大于20,000,插入损耗小于6.0dB.经测试,秒级频率稳定度为10-10数量级,在自由室温下的日平均波动为10-6/d数量级。
英文摘要:
      The operational principle and design of surface acoustic wave resonator oscillator are introduced in this paper. A low noise, high stable oscillator circuit is given. This paper also described the main factors that affect the frequency stability of the SAW oscillators, and investigated the ways of improving them. The 120MHz double-port SAW mass-loading stripes resonator made in our laboratory, for which the unloading quality factor Qu>20,000, and the insertion loss < 6-0dB, has been used as a frequency controlled element to construct an oscillator. The oscillator short term stability measured in 1 second is 1×10-10,at room temperature, the average frequency fluctuation is 1×10-6/d.
