      本文研究了聚焦超声激活血卟啉对人体红白血瘤细胞K562的作用。通过大量实验归纳,当作用时间为100s,血卟啉浓度为200μg/ml时,聚焦超声(频率1.4MHz;强度1.0W/cm2)激活血卟啉对瘤细胞杀伤效果较佳,杀伤率达98%,而单纯超声作用,杀伤率仅为50%,单纯血卟啉对瘤细胞无杀伤作用。活性净化剂组氨酸对瘤细胞杀伤率有明显抑制作用,而甘露醇则无影响。初步分析得到:单线态氧是杀死瘤细胞K562的主要因素。
英文摘要:
      The antitumor effect of focusing ultrasound activation of heamtoporphyrin is studied in this paper. A great deal of experiments show that the kill rate has reached to 98%,when K562 tumor cells are exposed to focusing ultrasound (US;1.4MHz;1.0W/cm2) for up to 100s in the presence of heamtoporphyrin (HP;200μg/ml), whereas US alone damages 50% of tumor cell, HP alone has no antitumor effect. Mechanism of sonodynamic cell damage with HP is the singlet oxygen, which is playing an important role because the enhancement is inhibited by histidine but is not by manitol.
