      本文介绍了微机控制的大功率超声清洗机研制中的一些技术问题。探索了单片机在功率超声中的应用。提出了大功率超声振动子的一种新的设计方法,解决了一些影响振动子性能的关键问题。对于楔形超声工具头,本文提出了辐射面横向振幅分布均匀度概念。由于这一新概念的提出,使具有楔形工具头的超声振动子平均振幅的测量以及与同类机型的比较成为可能。文中还给出了部分比较曲线。实际测量证明,本文所述的系统比同类进口机平均振幅提高一倍以上,对工件的清洗效果明显优于进口机。

      Some technical problems in developing high power ultrasonic cleaner controlled by a single-chip microcontroller are discussed in this paper. Applications of single-chip microcontroller in power ultrasonic are studied. A new design method is introduced to improve some functions of high power ultrasonic vibrator. In measuring some wedge horns, the amplitude distribution uniformity on radiation surface is developed. It makes them possible to measure the average amplitude and to compare with the similar system. The results of experiment show that the average amplitude is increased over one time and the system has been achieved better results to compare with that of the systems from abroad.
