      本文介绍一种新的能用于压差测量的高精度超声波微压差计,它结构简单,测量快速方便,并可通过RS232串行口与微机进行远距离通讯.经中国计量科学研究院标定,在压差为0~500mm水柱范围内,测量精度为±0.03%.
英文摘要:
      A new high accuracy ultrasonic pressure difference meter used to measure pressure difference is presented.It’s structure is simple,response is quick.Through the RS232 seriel port,the remote communication is convenient between the meter and a microcomputer.Its accuracy measured by the China National Institute of Metrology in the range of 0~500mm is ±0.03%
