| A new high accuracy ultrasonic pressure difference meter used to measure pressure difference is presented.It’s structure is simple,response is quick.Through the RS232 seriel port,the remote communication is convenient between the meter and a microcomputer.Its accuracy measured by the China National Institute of Metrology in the range of 0～500mm is ±0.03% |
