      无缝钢管几何尺寸的传统测量方法,是在其两端由人工进行机械式测量,它已远远不能满足现代工业对高精度钢管的要求。本文首先讨论采用超声波测量无缝钢管几何尺寸的原理及全自动测量的方法,然后介绍其在热轧无缝钢管生产流水线上的应用方式。结果表明,它不但可对钢管进行百分之百的在线全自动测量,而且其测量精度较高,可完全满足实际生产和用户的需要。
英文摘要:
      The traditional method for measuring the geometric sizes of seamless steel tubes is mechanically and manually test on the both ends of tubes, which could not meet the requirement of modern industry for high accurate steel tubes . The ultrasonic measuring pringciples and fully automatic measurement technique for the geometric sizes of steel tubes were discussed in-this paper. The application way is then introduced for the production line of seamless steel tubes. Practical results show that the technique introduced here can not only make on-line complete measurements for tubes automatically and accuratly. Therefore,it can meet the requirements of both the practical prodution and the tube users.
