      文章介绍了自行研制的用稀土超磁致伸缩材料作为激励器的凹筒型换能器。这是一种新型弯张式发射换能器,具有频率低、功率大、尺寸小等可贵特性。采用Terfenol-D棒径向开槽结构可有效降低材料中的涡流损耗;采用钐钴稀土磁钢提供永久型偏置磁场,从而避免了常用的直流偏磁结构中因激励线圈过热损害而带来的不可靠因素;采用特殊工艺措施保证6根应力螺杆上施加足够且均匀的应力。研制的换能器最大外型尺寸为Φ130mm×250mm,谐振频率为990Hz,发射电流响应级为170dB(0dB=1μPa·m/A),声源级为190dB(0dB=1μPa at 1m)。在1kHz附近谐振点的等效电阻为13.6Ω。

      This paper describes a barrel-stave projector that uses a rod of Terfenol-D as the driving element.It is a new type of flex-tensional transducer that combines low frequency and high power performance in a compact design.Radial slots are used to effectively control eddy cunents in the Terfenol-D rod.The permanent magnets with samarium-cobalt rare-earth material provide magnet biasing.This avoids the uncertain fact that the coil is too hot to work normally due to DC current.Special measures are taken to ensure uniform pressure on the 6 stress bolts.Maximum size of the projector is 130mm in outside diameter and 250mm in length, with a resonance frequency at 990Hz.The transmitting current response is 170dB(0dB= 1μPa m/A), and the source level is 190dB(0dB = 1μPa at 1m).The equivalent resistance at resonance frequency is 13.6Ω.
