      对Lamb波与厚度变化的板材之间的相互作用进行了分析。针对S0模式Lamb波入射情况,利用混合边界元模型计算了台阶状散射体的透射系数与厚度变化的关系,并进行了实验验证。结果表明S0模式的透射系数能够很好的反映板材的厚度变化,从而为该类材料的定量无损检测提供一定的理论支撑,在实际工业中具有重要的应用意义。

      Lamb wave testing technique receives much attention due to their high inspection efficiency compared with traditional bulk wave techniques.Since scattering and propagation of Lamb waves in elastic plates are not thoroughly understood,the Lamb wave nondestructive testing technique has not yet widely been applied.This paper investigates the interaction between lamb waves and the plate thick-ness variation.With S0 guided wave mode incidence,a hybrid boundary element method is used to calculate the transmission coefficient from step scatters.Theoretic predictions of transmission coefficients and experimental results for S0 mode incidence are found to be in good agreement.
