      基于非接触式声学诊断方法,以滚动轴承人工缺陷为对象进行试验测试,通过统计参量分析,对滚动轴承有无故障进行判断,并对轴承声学信号传播特性进行了研究.分别用与特征频率密切相关的触发数,小波包分析与BP神经网络结合两种分析方法对故障模式进行识别,提高了轴承故障诊断的有效性和准确性.
英文摘要:
      Based on the non-contacting acoustics method,some experiments are made on rolling bearings with contrived failure.Through analysis of statistical parameters,the fault of bearing can be judged.And the propagation characteristics of acoustic signal is studied.By respectively utilizing the two methods,i.e.the triggering number related to characteristic frequency and the wavelet packet analysis associated with BP neural network,to identify the condition and fault pattern of bearings,the validity and the accuracy of bearings fault diagnosis can be enhanced.
