      应用驻抗管测量几种纤维集合体的吸声性能,以探求纤维集合体的基本结构参数对其吸声性能的影响。这些参数包括纤维集合体的平均体积密度、纤维体积分数、孔隙率以及空气层的厚度。测量结果表明,随着集合体中纤维体积分数的增大,整个频域的吸声性能增强,且吸声曲线的峰将向低频移动;但纤维体积分数存在一个极限值,超过这个值吸声系数将不再增大。纤维种类似乎对吸声性能的影响不大。通过控制纤维层与空气层的组合,能够增强纤维集合体的吸声效果,尤其是在中低频区域的吸声效果。通过分析可知,纤维体积分数的增大会增加纤维集合体截面中纤维端头数、减小孔洞半径和自由长度,同时使得吸声曲线的峰值向低频域移动。
英文摘要:
      Fiber assemblies are studied by using the standing wave tube method to explore the effect of several parameters on their acoustic absorption properties.The parameters include the average bulk density of assemblies,density and structure of fiber and the effect of air gap.The results show that with average bulk density increasing,the sound absorption coefficient is enhanced on whole testing frequency range,and the peak of the absorption spectra shifts towards lower frequency.However,it seems to have a critical bulk density,over which the absorption coefficient will not raise.The variety of fibers does not influence the sound absorption obviously.And changing the combination of fibers and air gap can increase the absorption capacity,especially in the low and medium frequency range.Furthermore,the increasing fiber volume fraction will raise the number of fiber cut ends on an arbitrary cross section and reduce the pore radius and length of the free distance,meanwhile make the peak of sound absorption coefficient shift towards lower frequency.
