      如何解决Lamb波检测机理的复杂性并将之运用于复合材料损伤检测是个重要课题.以玻璃纤维增强的复合材料层合板为研究对象,搭建试验平台,利用集成在复合材料层合板上的PZT压电陶瓷片作为驱动元件和传感元件,对接收的Lamb波信号进行分析与研究,从信号频率范围、信号中心频率、波振幅值、波形个数和信号激励形式等五个方面完成Lamb波的优化.试验结果表明,优化后的激励信号在结构中能激发单一模式Lamb波,有效抑制了多模式现象,同时,激发的Lamb波具有最低的能量衰减和最高的损伤灵敏度,可以用于损伤识别.
英文摘要:
      It is important to solve the complexity of Lamb wave and apply it to nondestructive of composite material.The receiving Lamb wave signal is specially analyzed by considering the laminated composite plate as subject investigated,building test platform and utilizing piezoelectric ceramics as driving element and sensitive element.The optimization of Lamb wave achieved from five aspects:the frequency range,the center frequency,the amplitude,the number of waveform and the form of excitation.Research results show that the single mode Lamb wave can only be generated in the structure with the optimal excitation signal to realize the suppression on the multiple Lamb wave modes.The Lamb wave generated by the optimal signal has the lowest energy attenuation ratio and the highest damage sensitivity,which can use for damage detection.
