      通过海流测量技术的沿革等示例,浅谈了水声技术与海洋观测之间相互依赖相互促进的关系。表明了海洋观测技术在海洋活动中的基础地位,并概括归纳了它的技术特点。强调了传感器技术、观测平台技术和通讯技术在海洋观测技术中的作用。阐述了目前在海洋科学方面和海洋管理方面,海洋观测技术所面临的挑战,以及海洋观测技术向自动、实时、同步、长期连续观测和多平台集成、多尺度、高分辨率观测方向发展。形成从空间到海床,从沿岸到大洋的立体的网络化的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      The paper briefly describes the relationship between the underwater acoustic technology and the ocean observing technology by examples,which are interdependent and promotional of each other.First of all,it shows that the ocean observing technology plays an important role in ocean activities,and summarizes the technical characteristics of the technology.Secondly,it emphasizes the roles of the sensor technology,observation platforms technology and communication technology in the ocean observing technology.Thirdly,it describes that the ocean observing technology is facing challenges in marine science and ocean management at present,and that the ocean observing technology is developing into automatic,real-time,synchronous,long-term continuous observation,multi-platform integration,multi-scale and high resolution observation.Finally,it points out that the ocean observing technology is developing towards the three-dimensional network from the space to the seabed and from the coast to the ocean.
