      在了解国内外泥石流次声监测方法及技术的基础上, 探讨了可同时记录信号过程的DBF-IS泥石流次声监测警报仪研制及其监测系统构建原理和方法。DBF-IS泥石流次声监测仪主要功能是监测、采集泥石流发生时的次声特征频率、主频振幅及持续时间等信息, 该仪器便于安装和维护, 适合山区铁路沿线泥石流监测预警。泥石流次声监测预警系统则是由次声监测终端及中心计算机系统组成, 监测终端可同时发出灾害预警及进行信息传输;中心计算机系统实现监测点参数信息设置管理、数据通讯、数据处理及泥石流预警等功能。该山区铁路沿线泥石流次声监测预警系统能实现泥石流发生位置准确定位和大致发生规模, 并根据监测到的泥石流次声信息及时向铁路相关部门发出预警信号, 确保列车运营安全。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of knowing the domestic and foreign methods and the techniques of infrasound monitoring about debris flow, the article discusses the principle and method of designing the DBF-IS infrasound monitoring instrument of debris flow. This instrument mainly monitors and collects the characteristic frequency of the debris flow when it occurs, and also monitors and collects the information about the amplitude and the duration. The instrument is easy to be installed and it is fit for debris flow monitoring and warning along montanic railway line. The DBF-IS infrasound monitoring instrument consists of the infrasound component terminal and the central computer system. The monitoring terminal can send out the disaster warning and transmit the information at the same time. Central computer system achieves monitoring point’s parameter and information management, data communication, data processing and early warning function of debris flow. Setting up the instrument along montanic railway line can locate the specific position where the debris flow would occur and estimate its scale. According to the observed infrasound information, the early warning signals can be sent out to the relevant railway departments in time.
