      当水面舰艇遭受鱼雷攻击时,只有一个最重要的任务要执行:尽可能快速有效地利用所有可用的措施和设备去避免此致命打击。在对抗鱼雷攻击的软硬杀伤两种手段中,软杀伤器材最早得到了广泛使用,并且目前仍然是大多数鱼雷防御系统的主要对抗手段。随着鱼雷技术的快速发展,软杀伤器材防御鱼雷攻击的有效性在相对降低,需要研制更加有效的硬杀伤手段。由于研制一种新型有效的硬杀伤器材非常困难,各国海军依然会对软杀伤对抗器材持续改进来提高其有效对抗鱼雷攻击的能力。文章讨论了软杀伤器材的分类、实现方法和未来发展趋势,并介绍了几种典型的软杀伤器材。
英文摘要:
      A surface ship under the immediate threat of an attacking torpedo has only one paramount mission to carry out: To avoid this mostly fatal hit with all available measures and equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are two different kinds of measures against torpedo attack: soft kill and hard kill effectors. Soft kill effectors are widely used early and still the main countermeasures of most of current torpedo defence systems. With the fast development of torpedo, the effectiveness of soft kill defence is decreasing against modern torpedoes, while the need for more lethal or ‘hard kill' defence increases. However, because it is very difficult to develop new highly effective hard kill effectors against torpedo attack, soft kill effectors will be continually upgraded to improve the effectiveness for navies worldwide. The classification, implement, and development trend of related anti-torpedo soft kill technologies are discussed and several classic soft kill effectors are introduced.
