      阐述了海洋污损生物存在的危害及海生物的特点,对比了传统的污损生物防除技术与方法,其中有物理法、化学法,但传统方法存在劳动强度大,成本代价高,污染环境等缺陷。引入新型超声波防海生物技术,利用大功率超声波的空化效应,研究超声波技术在防除海洋污损生物中的应用。但目前关于超声波对海生物杀死效果方面的研究很少,通过设计一套完整的试验方案,分别对海生物的幼虫和卵进行静态试验、动态试验,验证了超声波对海生物的杀死作用效果明显,该项技术具有操作简单、经济环保、高效等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      The article illustrates the harm of marine biofouling and the characteristics of marine organism. Also, comparisons between traditional anti-fouling techniques and methods are made in this paper, including physical methods and chemical methods. But, there are some defects in these traditional methods, such as high strength labor, high cost and environmental pollution. This article introduces the new ultrasonic anti-fouling technique. However, up to now very few researches on using ultrasonic to treat marine biofouling have been reported. In this article, a set of experimental scheme is designed for separately doing the static and dynamic tests to kill the larvae and ova of marine organism. The test results show that the effect of ultrasonic wave on killing marine biofouling is obvious, and this technique has several advantages in solving biofouling problem, such as easy operation, low cost, high efficiency and environmental protection. Thus the ultrasonic anti-biofouling technique has a broad application prospect in marine anti-biofouling.
