      在实际工程中,批量的圆环换能器在工作一段时间后出现侧边打火、绝缘下降的故障现象,为摸清故障出现的原因,设计了评判故障成因的实验。实验环境模拟换能器的实际工作条件,实验过程中检测圆环换能器的阻抗、静态电容、绝缘电阻、外观及手感温度等变化情况,然后测试换能器的电声性能,并与正常性能的换能器进行对比。实验数据和结果表明:圆环换能器出现故障的原因为其在空气中进行大功率发射。
英文摘要:
      In actual projects, the failure phenomenon of side-firing and insulation degradation occurs after a batch of ring transducers have been working for a period of time. In order to judge the cause of the failure, an experiment is designed. The experimental environment simulates the actual operating conditions of the transducer. During the experiment, changes in impedance, static capacitance, insulation resistance, appearance and feel temperature of the ring transducer are detected, then the electroacoustic performance of the transducer is tested and compared with normal performance of the transducer. The experimental data and results show that the failure of the ring transducer is due to its high power emission in the air.
