糖尿病伴周围神经病变主要通过特征性体征和症状进行诊断,并由神经电生理试验等证实。超声技术不仅能对周围神经的结构做出精准的评估,还能了解其血管灌注及硬度变化等情况,提供糖尿病周围神经病变不同阶段的病理生理信息,其应用价值得到临床的广泛认可。文章针对二维灰阶超声、超声多普勒及超声弹性成像技术在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用进行了综述。 |

Diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy are primarily diagnosed by characteristic signs and symptoms, and confirmed by neurophysiological test. Ultrasonic technology can not only accurately assess the structure of peripheral nerves, but also evaluate the changes of microvascular perfusion and elasticity of peripheral nerves, and provide various pathological and physiological information at different stages of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Its application value has been widely recognized in clinical practice. |
