往复式制冷压缩机在制冷冰箱领域广泛应用,是产生噪声的源头。为了研究往复式压缩机的噪声特性,首先通过对工作过程中的吸/排气流场特性进行了数值模拟,将流场声源信息导入声学软件LMS Virtual.Lab中,基于喷射噪声理论对壁面压力脉动引起的偶极子声源和湍流四极子声源在排气过程中的变化规律及辐射特性进行研究,最后得到压缩机吸/排气噪声辐射指向性。为实现低噪声制冷压缩机的研制提供了理论依据。 |

Reciprocating refrigeration compressor is widely used in refrigeratory industry, and it is the source of noise. In order to study the noise characteristics of reciprocating compressor, the characteristics of suction and exhaust flow field in the working process are numerically simulated. The sound source information of flow field is imported into the acoustic software LMS Virtual. Lab. Based on the jet noise theory, the dipole sound source and turbulent quadrupole sound source caused by wall pressure fluctuation are analyzed in the exhaust process. The variation law and radiation characteristics are studied. Finally, the radiation directivity of suction and exhaust noise of compressor is obtained. This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of low noise refrigeration compressor. |
