作为新型的超声检测手段,非线性超声检测技术因对微小缺陷有较高检测精度以及检测过程中不受材料外形影响等特点,受到众多学者的广泛关注。结合国内外学者的研究成果,文章介绍了高次谐波法与混频法两种检测方法的原理、应用以及优势等,对非线性检测技术的现状进行综述,并对其未来发展提出展望。 |

As a new type of ultrasonic testing method, the nonlinear ultrasonic testing technology has attracted wide attention due to its high detection performance for small defects and no influence of material shape in the testing process. Based on the domestic and foreign research results, this paper introduces the principles, application and advantages of the high-order harmonic method and several mixing methods, summarizes the current situation of nonlinear testing technology and puts forward the prospect for the future development. |
